Product Shipping:
Fitness Depot Offers FREE SHIPPING on all New -in Box- items over $599.00. EXCLUDING: any Unboxed Equipment. For any product not qualifying for FREE SHIPPING, our shipping charges are based on item and shipping destination. Please email sales@fitnessdepotaz.com or call us at 480 348 3408 prior to ordering to receive a free freight quote. FREE SHIPPING promotions apply to the Continental US only.
You must be present on the scheduled delivery date. In the event you are unable keep your appointment, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request another date. Any re-deliveries, re-routing or storage charges are the customer’s responsibility. FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped as straight delivery in which the carrier delivers the merchandise to the curb only. It is then the recipient’s responsibility to move it to its final destination.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Or APO addresses.

Checking the Status of your order:
A Fitness Depot representative will contact you to confirm pricing, shipping, and product immediately after your order is processed, we will email or call you with your shipping information. Our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.
Your Shipping information will include contact information for the freight carrier and your personal tracking #. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order.

Receiving Shipped Products:
When your delivery arrives, make certain to count the total number of pieces that you have received. If there is a discrepancy between the number of pieces that you have received and the number of pieces being shown delivered on the freight bill, note the number of pieces received on the freight bill and contact Fitness Depot immediately. 
If your product sustains damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect, contact a Fitness Depot representative immediately. Please make sure to note any visible damage next to your signature on the freight bill. If, you fail to note any discrepancies or damage on the freight bill, neither Fitness Depot nor the carrier can be held liable. Any and all claims for damage or shortages must be filed with the delivering carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
Changes to an order or cancellation of an order must be made by telephone within 24 hours of the order being placed to 480 348 3408. No changes or cancellations made by e-mail or fax will be accepted. If you cancel or modify part of an order, once it has been shipped, any and all freight charges will be the customers responsibility.

Product Exchange:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service dept. can arrange a return authorization within fourteen days of the receipt of your product for a prompt hassle free exchange. Call us at 480 348 3408 or Email sales@fitnessdepotaz.com . The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit, or exchange. Shipping and Installation charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for paying all actual shipping/ delivery installation costs, which may differ from quoted promotional pricing. All used products are inspected by our service technician to ensure proper performance prior to delivery. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of used, consignment, demo or custom order products.
